Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green highlights; aromas of white peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle and lanolin. Rich, creamy palate of stone fruit, citrus and saline minerality, finishing long with pineapple and citrus-peel notes.
Food Pairing
Roast chicken, lobster with beurre blanc, grilled sea bass, soft goat cheese; sushi and sashimi, miso-glazed cod, Cantonese steamed fish, Thai green curry with seafood.
Production Method
Hand-harvested (Aug 27–Sep 5), fermented and aged with 58% new oak barrels and lees contact; blend of declassified lots from Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion.

La Clarté is the second white cuvée from Château Haut-Brion (and La Mission Haut-Brion), produced from young vines on the Haut-Brion terroir; estate owned by the Dillon family since 1935.
