Perfumed with violets and rose petal, dark cherry and plum, black pepper, soy‑like savoury notes and cedar; silky, medium‑full palate, fine tannins and very long, spicy finish.

Co‑fermented Shiraz with ~5% Viognier; ~30% whole‑bunch; natural fermentation, 18–21 day maceration; matured ~12 months in French oak (≈33% new).
