Tasting Note
Concentrated dark berries, black cherry and cassis with cedar, licorice, dark chocolate and warm spice. Full, velvety texture with polished yet powerful tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast rack of lamb, grilled ribeye, beef stew, aged Manchego or Pecorino, dark chocolate. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese red-braised beef, Peking duck, hoisin-glazed pork, Japanese yakiniku.
