Tasting Note
Deep purple with lavender, sage, blackberries, black pepper, tar and black licorice. Full-bodied, dense fruit, floral/garrigue notes, silky yet powerful tannins and a long, spicy cedar finish.

Western: roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, beef short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), Sichuan beef, braised beef with soy and star anise.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah from mountain granite soils; fermented and aged up to two years in large foudres with minimal intervention; estate uses sustainable/biodynamic practices.
