Tasting Note

Perfumed Pomerol of blackberry and raspberry with violet, lavender, graphite and spice. Medium–full, silky texture, bright acidity and ultra-fine tannins, finishing long and mineral-driven.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ ribs, soy-braised short ribs, miso-glazed eggplant.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented in stainless steel with temperature control; malolactic in tank; blended (85/15) and aged ~18 months in French oak (≈70% new) with ~3% amphora; light egg-white fining.

Historic Pomerol estate (La Conseillante), established 18th century; renowned for elegant, perfumed wines and modernized techniques (temp-controlled vats, selective vinification). Produces Grand Vin La Conseillante and second wine Duo.
