Tasting Note
Perfumed cassis, blackberry and Morello cherry with violets, rose oil, graphite, sage and forest-floor notes. Silky, full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins, bright minerality, layered dark fruit and a long savory-spice finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown, hand-harvested fruit from Sage Mountain; cold soak and extended maceration (20–40 days), fermented in oak and concrete; aged ~22 months in French oak (≈60–63% new) with limited amphora use; largely bottled unfined/unfiltered.
