Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with notes of graphite, cedar, jasmine and dark chocolate. Silky entry that builds to firm, grainy tannins, vibrant acidity and an extremely long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18–20 months in French oak (≈55% new); bottled by gravity (bottled July 2021).
