Tasting Note
Deep cassis and blackberry with violet, ironstone and cedar notes. Plush, concentrated fruit framed by fine, chalky tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Certified biodynamic estate fruit; hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentations; matured 12–18 months in French oak (significant portion new); minimal intervention, limited fining/filtration.
