Tasting Note
Elegant, precise Volnay: red cherry and raspberry, black plum, violets and baking spice over stony/mineral undertones; bright acidity, powdery fine tannins, medium–full body and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, roast lamb, coq au vin. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, char siu/pork belly, hoisin duck, shiitake stir-fry.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; grapes destemmed, 8–10 day skin maceration with regular pump-overs; aged ~12–18 months in French oak (≈25% new).
