Bright citrus and exotic fruits with crushed-flint minerality, subtle floral notes, creamy mid-palate and saline, precise acidity; long, savory finish.

Western: grilled lobster, scallops, lemon-roast chicken, fresh goat cheese, oysters. Asian: sushi/sashimi, ceviche, miso-glazed fish, Vietnamese grilled prawns, light Thai curries.


Production Method

Hand-harvested single-parcel Sauvignon Blanc; indigenous-yeast fermentation and ~12 months aging in French oak barrels/large barriques (450–600L) with extended lees contact and light filtration.


Vineyard Info

Founded by Didier Dagueneau; now run by Louis‑Benjamin Dagueneau with winemaker Jean‑Philippe Agisson. Low yields, close attention to silex/clay terroirs of Saint‑Andelain; reputation for ageworthy, intense Sauvignons.
