Tasting Note
Ripe citrus, green apple, honeysuckle and jasmine, with lemon curd and mango, honeyed texture, salty minerality and subtle smoke. Concentrated and powerful with firm acidity and a long, sappy mineral finish.

Hand-harvested; biodynamic viticulture; whole-cluster pressing; indigenous-yeast fermentations; élevage 12–18 months in French oak barrels (≈20% new), followed by vat assembly and minimal-intervention bottling.
