Tasting Note
Aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry with floral lilac and spice; sandalwood/new-oak notes, iron-mineral undertow. Velvety entry, silky yet muscular tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; five-day cold soak then ~70% whole-cluster fermentation; gentle pump-overs (no pigeage); ~18 months in French oak (≈35% new); biodynamic viticulture.
