Tasting Note
Juicy red and dark cherry, rose petal, forest floor, pepper and tobacco with subtle coffee/vanilla from oak; silky, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory, spicy finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed (Ecocert) with biodynamic practices; ~50% whole‑cluster fermentation, cold soak then ~24‑day maceration, gravity‑fed cuvage; ~16 months in barrel (≈26% new).

Domaine de la Vougeraie created from Boisset holdings (est. 1999); Les Evocelles was first planted in 1966; Vougeraie farms ~3.13 ha of Evocelles and has been certified organic since 2001.
