Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Pinot Noir: black and red cherry, ripe raspberry, peppery spice and floral lift, with earth/mineral underpinning, refined texture, dusty/chiseled tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Organic viticulture (Ecocert). Cold pre-fermentation maceration (~5 days), ~24 days total maceration, some whole‑cluster use, 16 months élevage in oak (≈26% new). Low‑intervention winemaking.
