Tasting Note
Elegant, perfumed Pinot Noir with red cherry, raspberry, black cherry, rose petal, forest floor and truffle notes. Silky texture, fine acidity, soft tannins and a lingering, spice-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, duck confit, lamb, mushroom risotto, beef Bourguignon, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, shiitake stir-fry, bulgogi or soy-ginger glazed pork.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic viticulture; ~50% whole-cluster fermentation in 2020; aged 12–16 months in French oak (moderate new oak).
