Tasting Note
Crisp citrus and green apple with white peach and lime blossom; pronounced stony minerality, subtle toasted hazelnut and light oak. Medium-bodied, bright acidity and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed grapes; hand-harvested Chardonnay, fermented in French oak barrels (part new), partial malolactic and élevage for c.12–16 months.
