Tasting Note
Peach, poached pear, citronella and hazelnut with chalky stone-minerality, saline streak and a waxy, slightly creamy texture; subtle matchstick/petrichor and long citrus-stone finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; grapes picked in three passes, whole-cluster pneumatic pressing, fermentation on lees in barrel and tank, ~16 months ageing in oak (≈20–25% new).
