Bright citrus and orchard fruit (lemon, apple, pear) with hazelnut, toasted spice and subtle saline minerality. Creamy mid-palate, energetic acidity and a long, slightly smoky finish (youthful tannic frame).

Organic/biodynamic viticulture. Whole‑cluster pneumatic pressing, 24h settling, indigenous yeast fermentation (stainless then barrel), 16 months in barrels (≈20% new), monthly bâtonnage; light filtration, no fining.
