Tasting Note
Opaque, concentrated Amarone with black cherry, blackcurrant, dried fig, espresso, dark chocolate, leather and spice; dense, layered palate with ripe fruit, tar and anise, long toasted-oak finish.

Production Method
Traditional appassimento (grape drying for ~3 months with forced-air aeration), ~15 days fermentation in temperature-controlled steel, aged in new oak barriques (~36 months) and further bottle ageing.
