Tasting Note
Pure red-fruit core (wild strawberry, ripe red apple) with violet candy, vanilla, Kampot pepper and a thin iodine-mineral spine. Silky tannins, juicy freshness and vertiginous depth; long, salivating finish.

Hand-harvested; ~90% whole-cluster fermentation; 15-day maceration with 5–7 punchdowns and pump-overs; settled two weeks; 14 months in 40% new French oak, 60% older barrels; bottled without fining or filtration.
