Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and blackberry with truffle, forest-floor and clove; white pepper and cocoa notes. Silky, ripe tannins, mineral backbone and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; ~80% whole-cluster fermentation with wild yeasts; 14–17 day maceration; aged ~14 months in French oak (≈40% new, remainder 1–3 year barrels); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
