Concentrated black cherry, cassis and plum with earth, tobacco, spice and dark chocolate notes. Firm, layered tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, savory finish with floral and mineral nuances.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; extended cold maceration with partial whole clusters; fermentations with careful extraction; aged ~18–24 months in French oak barrels (regular élevage).

Domaine de Courcel, family-owned for centuries (since 16th century), 11 ha in Pommard. Monopole Grand Clos des Épenots (~4.8–5 ha). Managed by the de Courcel family with oenologist Yves Confuron.
