Tasting Note
Intense citrus and white-peach fruit with saline minerality, chalky stone, honeysuckle and subtle toasty oak. Vibrant acidity, creamy mid-palate and a long, racy finish with lemon zest and yuzu notes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels (≈33–35% new); no malolactic fermentation. Aged ~16 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage; light filtration before bottling.
