Tasting Note
Opulent, concentrated Chardonnay: lemon curd, ripe peach and stone fruit, honeyed beeswax, toasted almond and subtle vanilla oak. Powerful, textured palate with bright mineral core and a very long saline finish.

Hand‑harvested biodynamic viticulture; whole‑cluster/whole‑berry pressing, barrel fermentation and élevage in small oak barrels with malolactic fermentation and extended maturation before bottling.
