Tasting Note
Vivid citrus, green apple and white/stone fruit with floral spice, intense mineral/stone tension and an unusually dense, sappy texture for Aligoté; bone‑dry with a very long, saline finish.

Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvest, meticulous baie‑par‑baie sorting; whole‑cluster/very gentle pressing, fermentation and élevage in François Frères oak barrels with lees ageing and minimal intervention.

Produced by Domaine d'Auvenay (Lalou Bize‑Leroy). Made from a tiny Sous Chatelet parcel (~0.33 ha) in Auxey‑Duresses; very low yields and tiny annual production.
