Tasting Note
Lively citrus, white peach and hazelnut with pronounced saline minerality, subtle toasty oak and rich mid-palate concentration; powerful, refined and long on the finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture, hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentations; aged on lees in oak (majority new oak) for c.16-18 months, bottled with minimal fining/filtration.
