Tasting Note
Sour cherry, kirsch and black berry fruit with forest-floor, clove, vanilla and dark chocolate notes. Silky, concentrated and structured palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins, lively mineral acidity and a very long, focused finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef bourguignon, duck breast, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, mushroom hot pot, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; partial whole-cluster with cold pre-fermentation maceration, 2–3 week fermentation; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈40–50% new).

Maison Faiveley, a multi-generation Burgundy domaine and négociant, owns roughly 4 ha in Les Cazetiers (about half the climat). Known for precise, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and long cellar tradition.
