Tasting Note
Perfumed dark and red berries (blackberry, blueberry, blood orange) with lavender, tobacco, anise and baking spice. Medium-bodied, plush texture, seamless acidity and fine new-oak spice; long, savory finish.

Production Method
Burgundian-influenced program: organic/biodynamic-influenced viticulture, appreciable whole-cluster use (generally ~40–60%), gentle extraction, and ~13–16 months élevage in French oak (c.30–44% new).
