Tasting Note
Bright, complex white with candied citrus, white flowers, pear and hazelnut, subtle vanilla/spice from oak and a saline, persistent finish. Medium‑to‑full bodied with satiny texture and focused minerality.

Biodynamic/sustainable viticulture; 100% hand-harvested, pneumatic pressing, 24h settling. Fermentation and malolactic in French oak (≈25% new); ~12 months in barrel followed by ~6 months in tank, minimal fining/light filtration.
