Crisp citrus and green apple with white flowers and chalky minerality; subtle vanilla/oak and stone-fruit richness, saline edge, bright acidity and a refined, medium-bodied finish.

Biodynamic viticulture; long gentle pneumatic pressing, 24‑hour settling; fermentation in oak (≈10% new). Aged ~12 months in barrels then ~6 months in tank; light fining/filtration.
