Tasting Note
Citrus and white‑flower aromatics with hazelnut, wet stone and saline minerality. Creamy, concentrated palate with vibrant acidity, honeyed depth and a very long, focused finish.

American-style lobster, sole with beurre blanc, roast chicken or truffle fowl; Asian: miso‑glazed cod, tempura prawns, delicate sushi and steamed white fish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; hand‑harvested, pneumatic pressing; alcoholic fermentation in oak (≈22% new); 12 months in barrel then ~6 months in tank; light fining and filtration.

Domaine Leflaive, family estate since 1717 and biodynamic pioneer (Anne‑Claude Leflaive). Owns several Les Pucelles parcels (≈3.06 ha) with mature vines and limestone soils.
