Tasting Note
Concentrated Pinot Noir with black cherry, blackberry, raspberry coulis, raw cocoa, forest floor, tobacco and graphite notes. Medium–full body, firm fine-grained tannins, pronounced minerality and a long saline finish.

Roast duck, game birds, mushroom risotto, beef tartare, charcuterie; Asian: Peking duck, seared tuna with soy/miso glaze, char siu, miso‑eggplant, grilled shiitake with soy and mirin.
Production Method
Old-vine fruit from Brochon parcels; hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentations with partial whole-cluster/stem inclusion (c.10–30%); raised in barrels and demi-muids with a portion new oak. Domaine farms biodynamically.
