Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruited core of blackcurrant and plum with tobacco, cedar, licorice, dark chocolate and savory earth. Silky, ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Dry-farmed estate fruit; hand-sorted, separate lot fermentations with gentle extraction; matured in French oak barrels (approx. 40% new) for ~18 months.
