Tasting Note
Opaque purple-black. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry preserves, violets, licorice and cedar. Full-bodied, dense black-fruit core with fine-grained, building tannins, chalky mineral spine and a long, ageworthy finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, Peking duck, sichuan pepper beef, miso-glazed eggplant.
