Tasting Note
Deep garnet color; concentrated blackcurrant, plum preserves, black cherry, violet, tobacco, leather and dark chocolate. Medium–full, silky texture with firm, finely-grained tannins and a long perfumed finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown Bordeaux-style blend; hand-harvested, sorted, fermented in small lots and aged in French oak (about 40% new) for ~18–22 months before bottling.
