Blackcurrant and sour cherry with mint, cedar, graphite and thyme; floral lift and tobacco/cigar-box notes. Polished, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, refined finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; careful maceration and controlled fermentation; matured ~15 months in French oak barrels; final blend assembled from massal-selected Puente Alto parcels.
