Tasting Note
Concentrated blackberry and cassis with black olive, tobacco, dried rose, graphite and dark chocolate. Polished, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and velvety texture leading to a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels vinified in ~150 micro‑vinifications; stainless-steel fermentation, malolactic in barrel; aged 15 months in French oak (71% new, 29% second-use).
