Tasting Note

Elegant, floral Pinot Noir: violet and black cherry with red berry, damp earth and light truffle notes. Silky texture, refined tannins, bright acidity and a long, slightly minty finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast duck, veal rib with truffle, mushroom omelette, lamb; Asian: sukiyaki, duck yakitori, miso‑glazed mushrooms, Cantonese roast pork.


Production Method

Hand‑harvested; ~20% whole‑cluster inclusion; fermentation in small open vats with indigenous yeasts; aged 14–16 months in oak (≈20% new barrels).

Family domaine founded mid‑19th century; 11.5 ha holdings around Gevrey‑Chambertin and Chambolle, run by the Drouhin family (6th generation). Village cuvée blends parcels in Les Baudes and Les Véroilles.
