Tasting Note
Woody vanilla and floral aromatics with pure red and dark berry fruit, subtle spice and mineral liveliness. Elegant, supple tannins and a poised, long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: Roast duck breast with morels, mushroom risotto, Italian veal escalope, roast lamb. Asian: Peking duck, beef bulgogi, char siu pork, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification; matured in oak barrels (approximately 80% new, light–medium-plus toast). Likely partial whole-cluster use in some cuvées; typically aged 14–18 months.
