Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruit core (blackberry, cassis) with graphite, cedar, tobacco and subtle Iode. Powerful yet refined tannins, ripe acidity and long, mineral finish — built for long-term cellaring.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, prime rib, beef short ribs, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Parmesan), duck confit. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), braised beef with soy and star anise, mushroom hot-pot.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: parcel vinification, extended maceration, élevage in new and used French oak, and final blending into a nine-bottle prestige case curated by Duclot.

Groupe Duclot is a historic Bordeaux négociant (founded 1886), owned by the Moueix family, with large cellars and a limited-edition annual Duclot Prestige Collection gathering top châteaux of the vintage.
