Tasting Note
Orchard and stone fruits, orange blossom and honeysuckle, citrus zest, toasted brioche and gingerbread spice; very concentrated, creamy texture with stony minerality, saline lift and a powerful, very long finish.

Hand-harvested Chardonnay; whole-cluster pressing; fermented in French oak (≈40% new) and aged 12–18 months on fine lees with bâtonnage; malolactic fermentation common.
