Tasting Note
Lemon oil, citrus confit and white flowers with baked-bread, pear and ripe orchard fruit. Satiny, medium–full body with saline minerality, hazelnut and nutmeg on a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; whole-cluster pressing, settled then fermented (ambient yeasts) in French oak and larger vats; aged on fine lees 12+ months with limited new oak; bottled under natural cork.
