Tasting Note
Wet limestone, Granny Smith apple, pear, citrus zest, white flowers, toasted nuts and fresh mint; powerful, satiny and chalky with a long, textured finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pneumatic pressing, barrel fermentation and élevage (c.12 months) with 20–33% new French oak, then 6 months in tank on lees; estate farmed biodynamically.
