Tasting Note
Mature, medium-bodied Cabernet with dried black fruit, tobacco, cedar, leather, cocoa and dried fig; refined, velvety tannins and bright acidity with a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet; fermented with extended maceration; traditionally pressed and aged approximately 18–24 months in French oak barrels before bottling (cork closure).
