Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-red cherry and plum with rose petal, baking spice, dried herbs and a smoky, mineral undercurrent. Silky yet structured with layered, powdery tannins and a very long, savory finish.

Production Method
Certified organic & biodynamic viticulture; wild-yeast fermentation with partial whole-cluster, gentle maceration, ~12–14 months in French oak (c.20% new); minimal intervention, no fining or filtration.

Felton Road (est. early 1990s) farms four Bannockburn sites. Block 3 sits in The Elms Vineyard. Owner Nigel Greening and longtime winemaker Blair Walter produce estate, biodynamic Pinots with global reputation.
