Tasting Note
Concentrated red and dark fruits (raspberry, black cherry, blood orange) with floral, crushed herb and mineral notes, hints of cocoa and cedar. Medium-bodied, seamless ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, saline finish.

Roast duck, lamb or venison, pork belly, mushroom risotto or truffle dishes, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed fish, teriyaki salmon, soy-braised short ribs.

Estate fruit from Block 3; certified biodynamic viticulture; wild-yeast fermentation with ~25% whole clusters; gentle extraction in open vats; matured ~13 months in French oak (c.25–30% new); no fining/filtration; screwcap.
