Tasting Note
Red cherry and raspberry with hibiscus, tea-leaf and white-pepper spice, slate minerality, fine dusty tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Certified biodynamic, minimal intervention: ~20% whole-cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation, cold soak and ~23 days maceration; 16 months in French oak (c.25% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered under screwcap.
