Dense black-fruit core of blackberry and black cherry with truffle, leather, licorice, pepper and roasted‑meat notes; earthy, gamey and floral violet nuances; long, savory finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, beef short ribs, mushroom ragù, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Szechuan beef, teriyaki‑style grilled meats, yakitori.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Syrah; fermented in small lots with a mix of stainless and neutral oak; aged in vieux fûts (old oak) for complexity; small‑volume cuvée.


Vineyard Info

Produced near Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape by the Reynaud family (linked to Château Rayas). Small‑production, estate‑managed Syrah cuvée historically vinified by Emmanuel Reynaud.
