Deep ruby with blackberries, cassis, leather, cured meat, pepper and earthy notes. Concentrated, firm tannins, savory minerality and a long, peppery finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Syrah; traditional fermentation (concrete/neutral vessels), aged in large-format/old oak casks for extended maturation before release.
