Tasting Note
Pronounced citrus, apple and pear with aniseed and tangerine; rich, powerful palate of orange zest, quince and yuzu, mineral core and vanilla oak; full-bodied and very long.

Food Pairing
Lobster with beurre monte, scallops, creamy poultry dishes, roast pork/pork belly, foie gras; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, seared tuna (sushi/sashimi), tempura, steamed dumplings with ginger-scallion.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay, native-yeast fermentation and élevage ~12 months in French oak (low–medium new oak); traditional Burgundian vinification.
